+moderation flag set on a subscriber



Sorry about that folks.
And that subscriber just go the moderation bit flag set,
so no more postings from that email address without
moderator approval.
We can also ban email addresses.  If needed, can also
prevent new members from posting.
If/when there are issues, we presently have three folks that have
>= moderator level access:
Member Email/ID
Michael Paoli michael.paoli@berkeley.edu
Aaron acohen36@gmail.com
Grantbow grantbow@gmail.com
If there are additional sufficiently reasonable responsible folks that
would also like to volunteer to moderate or the like, just let us
know (probably ask on list, so we all can see it).
