The past few meetings have been held on Wednesdays. Aaron Feng's employer has been kind enough to allow us to hold meetings there. It's at the Cirra Centre (next to 30th Street Station).
I don't know that there's a person "in charge" of setting up meetings, but I guess this would fall between Toby DiPasquale and Aaron, with some general consensus on the list about a date.
