Ok, so I just recieved this. It doesn't have the special high-quality
binding that Toby's book did, but still, for <$20 it is remarkably
high quality. So much so that I was able to convince Josh to whip out
his CC and buy one within 10min of my opening the package from Lulu.
Can't recommend this enough. The quality was worth the price.
