It is my understanding that the "ETE 2010/People Interested" list was created on the philly.rb Google group last month with the idea that people who added themselves would self-organize into groups of four (to take advantage of the Philly Emerging Tech group rate) and deal with settling accounts at philly.rb get-togethers in the course of the month. As far as I know the philly.rb "People Interested" list was not setup up with any additional logistical specifics in mind.
