Well, I suspect that the room is usually empty then because people don't have enough incentive to come at 6 when the meeting's meat is announced to start at 6:30. In any case, we can (just for this occasion) try to take advantage of an opportunity for an uber ultimate geek night, where we talk/listen about objects C SQLs X i etc... and then drink beer...

I suspect 6pm will be tight for some people.  We been hosting at this
spot for a few months now, and between 6 - 6:20 the room is usually
pretty empty.  I wouldn't mind starting the presentation at 6:30
sharp, which means people can still make it to nosql around 7:45 -
8pm.
