PS. If you use a map service and it asks you to choose between "W
Pennsylvania Avenue" and "E Pennsylvania Avenue", pick "W"!  Otherwise,
you'll end up lost on the wrong side of 309.  If you do get lost, call
the hotel at 215-643-3000.
