Smart, independent thinkers tend to be early adopters. The fact that people
are working in Rails or learned it themselves is a first good impression --
the other day, I had a young fellow call me about some work and he said he
had experience with c, java and assembler and that his algorithms were very
good. He then proceeded to ask me what Ruby on Rails was.

topics.  J2EE and XML are hot topics from India and elsewhere in Asia; "Ruby
on Rails" from the Western US.
