It is a Philadelphia and New York (with more regions eventually) centric bar and night life social network.
The site features bar listings and reviews, events (with a evite style guest list system), photos, and generic social networking features. It has been part time gig over a year and a half in the making.
The site was built using rails (obviously) and Postgres. It's currently being hosted at OCS Solutions (they have been great) and is being served with Apache / Lighttpd.
The site is still very much a work in progress, but it is finally to a point where it could be made public as a beta.
Please check it out and let me know what you think, and please let me know if you find any quirks or have any suggestions. And if your ambitious, join and add some reviews!
