[PhillyOnRails] Reminder: Meeting Tonight at Drexel (Randell 121)

***PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION - RANDELL HALL, ROOM 121.  MAT SENT DIRECTIONS YESTERDAY***

6:00PM: Ruby 101 - Beginner Session

Ruby newbies (and friendly experts), join us at 6pm for a gentle introduction to the mysteries of the Ruby programming language.  Also, if you're having trouble with an existing Ruby program, bring it along and we can help you figure it out.

6:30PM: Pizza and soda should arrive (during the Ruby 101 session)

7:00PM: Mat Schaefer's "Globalize" talk

7:50PM: Small break for discussion, giveaways, announcements, etc.

8:10PM: Erin Mulder's "Rails Deployment" talk

Randell Hall is on the Drexel campus, a few blocks from 30th street station and subway stops.  There's street parking around as well as a few garages (at 30th St Station, near the hotels, etc.).  For more details, check out the map/directions that Mat sent to the list yesterday.

If you're new and worried about getting lost, email me and I'll send you my cell phone number.

See you tonight!

Cheers,
Erin

To: talk@phillyonrails.org

We're on for Tuesday, July 10th.  See meeting details below and location info at: http://www.phillyonrails.org

Please RSVP if you can to organizers@phillyonrails.org so that we know how much pizza to order.  It would also be helpful to know who plans to get there for the 6pm beginner session vs. showing up at 7pm for the main event.

Cheers,
Erin
