I've used both Site5 and TextDrive.  I found Site5 more Rails friendly "out of the box".  The sites I've deployed have very little traffic thus far, but the one hosted on TextDrive seems to drag a bit more than I'd expect.  I've heard a lot of really good things about Slicehost, and EngineYard as well.
