I'm suspicious of Joyent and their enterprise wiles.

I have no preconceptions of Joyent.  I wouldn't mind an explanation of that.  I've read some of the (interesting) presentations they've put out about scaling, but nothing beyond that.  They seem like they know what they're doing, and I never got a funny vibe off of them.

Genuine naiveness/curiosity.  Why the willies (besides their lust for Sun hardware)?
