I don't normally do this, but I wanted to give PhillyOnRails users a heads up on a piece of hardware I'm looking to get rid of before I put it up on eBay.

- Tyan Thunder K8W S2885 MOBO
- 2x AMD Opteron (not sure of speed, 1 GHZ and higher I'm certain I can bring it in to let you check it out)
- 2GB, PC3200 (i think) per-processor (up to 16GB total in 8 slots - 8GB per CPU)
- 2x Gigabit Ethernet, one on-board and one PCI
- 4x 120GB Seagate Barracuda's (7200 RPM) SATA (IDE ports too, of course, but I don't use them - sloooww)
- Raid Controller for 0, 1 or I think 5
- USBs front and back, Firewire etc. etc. etc... AC97 sound, all the norms...

All wrapped up in a rather large and heavy 3U box. I'm looking to part with this for about $800 OBO.
