After a short look at what John has done in his coding style to facilitate Lean and Agile practices in a procedural language, we will have an open discussion of the "take aways" members have gotten from being in AgilePhilly, emphasizing experience stories from members on how Agile has changed their job, programming style, management style, etc. We will go through the exercise of answering "since I started coming to Agile Philly Meetings, I have ....."
And we will collect input for what topics could be of interest in 2009.
