Topaz != Perl 6.

Topaz is intended to be Perl Next Generation, but it isn't necessarily 
going to be Perl 6.  There was a short period of time where it looked
like 5.6 was going to be 6.  

I don't know if there's a summary anywhere, but the mailing lists
which would have that discussion are here:
