I am probably not driving through Center City to get there, but others might.

If you want to go with the Septa option you have your choice of the 
Market-Frankford Line, R7 to Trenton, or R3 to West Trenton.  Then you 
switch to either the 20, 67, or 84 bus to reach the mall.

Septa will deposit you outside Marshalls more than half the length of the 
mall from Jillians, which can be found at the end near Pharmor.

If you get there early you will have time to do some shopping in one of the 
larger malls in this part of the world (but remember that King of Prussia 
mall has more retail space than any other mall in North America, including 
"The Mall of America" in Minnisota).  And then Munchies and two hours of 
Bowling.

At 9pm they will throw out anyone not old enough to drink so don't forget 
proof that you can stay.
