The folks who run the restaurant are innocent people trying to make a
living.  They happen to come from Afghanistan.

There's no evidence that Afghans were responsible for the September
11th disaster; the only charges against Afghans are against the
Taliban, not for the attack itself, but for harboring Osama bin Laden.
The Taliban is a wicked and repressive goverment that came to power by
force and is feared and hated by the Afghani people. 

Nevertheless, Afghanis in the US have been the targets of tremendous
hatred and racism for the past two weeks. 

I want to eat at Kabul first because the food is good.  But I also
want to do it to take a small stand against hatred and racism, and
against the idea that an entire nationful should be held responsible
for the acts of a few people.

So yes, I'm sure.
