It's that time of year again. It doesn't say it here, and it's a bit
hidden on the OSCON website, but the deadline for submitting proposals
is February 9.

OSCON is the only event where open source leaders and
practitioners of every persuasion gather to integrate projects,
launch revolutionary new ideas, push the boundaries of their
respective technologies--and change the way we live and do
business.
You're invited to take a role in the next OSCON by becoming
a speaker. (You'd be in good company--Robert Lefkowitz,
George, Freeman, and Esther Dyson, Milton Ngan, and Tim
O'Reilly are all confirmed speakers.) "Opening the Future:
Discover, Develop, Deliver" is the theme for 2004, guiding
tracks devoted to Linux, PHP, Python, Perl, MySQL and
PostgreSQL, Apache, XML, Applications, Ruby, and Security.
