Southwest is just starting up service from Philly. If you're really interested in a cheap flight to Buffalo, forget JFK/JetBlue. Drive south to BWI, where Southwest has a huge hub, and daily flights to Buffalo. BWI is just south of Baltimore, less than 2 hours from CC PHL. I don't know how long the flight is, but Southwest's cattle cars can get you there for less than $200 R/T. Possibly much less depending on how you book. Z.
