YAPC 2005 proposals

At this year's YAPC some folks were talking about resubmitting a
proposal to host next year's YAPC somewhere around Philadelphia.
There's no official CfV yet, but given the examples of 2004 and Europe
for 2005, I'd expect that once it goes out the timeframe is likely to
be rather short.

Kevin does, however, say that the format is likely to be pretty much
the same as last year, so perhaps this is a good chance to get a head
start. :)

Not yet, but will be coming later this summer. If people will be
interested, it wouldn't hurt to follow the previous years CFVs, as most
thing will probably be close to the same.

Cheers,
Kevin
