ANNOUNCE: November social meeting on Monday at Rangoon

Let's make it official.  This month's social meeting will be this
coming Monday, November 29, at Rangoon.  Rangoon is a Burmese
restaurant at 112 N. 9th St. in Chinatown, with an impressively busy
website[1].  As usual we'll meet at 7 PM.

Also next week, Mark-Jason Dominus a talk at PLUG Wednesday night on
"Internals of the qmail mail system".  PLUG meetings start at 7 PM at
the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USP).  Meetings
usually start with an hour of Q&A, so Mark's talk will probably start
around 8.  Directions to USP are online[2].
