The right person will be a creative and skilled candidate who can work closely with both technical staff and content providers to effectively deliver high-volume content over the Web. Required experience: Strong Perl/CGI programming, including development of database-backed Web applications; shell scripting of administrative tasks such as usage reporting and security monitoring; thorough knowledge of the Apache server and related technologies; access control implementation and administration.
