Web app frameworks?

Dear Mongers,

I realize this marks me as a CGI-app wimpout, but which is the most 
useful and least resource-intensive framework for Perl apps? Is Catalyst 
still top dog? Or has something better-and therefore the current 
standard sidearm-come along?
