[Philadelphia-pm] Tech meeting Monday night, July 1

We've already talked about this on the list, but I wanted to send out
a formal announcement. Our next tech meeting will be Monday, July
1. Mark Gardener will be giving a talk on the basics of building
modules using Dist::Zilla. Attendees are welcome to bring a laptop to
follow along.

We'll be meeting from 7-9 PM in our usual spot, 307 Levine Hall at
Penn.
