Phila Service provider

Hi,
can anyone recomend a good Philadelphia service provider?
I am currently using netreach, but for some reason it takes about 3-4
tries to get a 50,xxx connection, I usually end up at 31,200.  Really
odd,
and of course, they tried to pin it on *my* modem. (my previous provider
was
bell atlantic, and I always got above 48000 connect on my 1st try with
them.)
