Joe,
I have a Dell XPS R400 with a Pentium II 400/128 Mgs of ram/ 10 gig HD/
3D card/etc..., and I have no prob running 98. I am usually down at 1%. I
am a network admin so I know what I am looking for, and I have the programs
to run to check anything I need to know. I have a small network at home,
and I work with the one at home also. I am constantly testing different
configurations, and I still never have the amount of problems that I see
hear.

Ever have a Win 98 system from a fresh install with 128 megs ram have 15%
free resources? Oculdnt even run the Genius Netmouse program o change mice.
How would I cure such a problem? I gotta hear this one from a competent
professional.
