Here's my reccommendation...
You've surely seen the traffic on setting up a domain name for
dynamic IPs over the past week or two. Using that, setup sendmail on your
machine to run under that host/domain, and you'd be all set, provided that
the other mail servers would hang on to the mail and relay it when you're
back on. This way you can use real valid email addresses (or atleast
semi-valid :> )
