[Plug] Good Chester County ISPs

It looks like the price for my current ISP are about to go up to
$19.00 a month; I think it's time to move on to a cheaper ISP.
Besides, my ISP has always used Windows NT, and I can't trust a
company that wastes my money on Windows NT. So does anybody know of
any West Chester area ISPs that use Linux and have good prices?
