[Plug] Connected office space in Phila

I know this isn't exactly germane to the list, so apologies in advance
for that. However:

I'm looking for office space in central Phila. with a high-speed
connection available or installable. We are a small web development and
print publishing company of four people, probably growing over the next
year. Right now we need 800-1000 sq. ft. divided into 2 or 3 rooms. If
anyone has extra space to sub-lease or has any inspiration on good
places to look, it would be greatly appreciated. Or we'd be willing to
split a larger space with another small company. 

I live in Spring Garden, so the NW corner of Center City is obviously
preferable; however, I'm getting very impatient and will consider all
options.
