I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not but Lockheed Martin has an Advanced Concept Center located in King of Prussia that runs beginning and advanced unix classes. My office sent me there and I got to talking to the lan admin and found out that they were just about to redo the machines for the class with Linux instead.
