[Plug] MWave modem compatability

I have an old mwave card (something to give to one you truly hate) that I'm 
putting in a 486-SX 33 I recently acquired to run Linux on and it doesn't 
appear on the Big List for Linux compatability. I think it's probably a 
winmodem, but I don't know for sure either way since it's not on the list. 
Anybody know for sure?

Also, if anybody can provide me with some old small RAM chips, an old CD-ROM 
drive (any speed), a PCI video card (this is probably one of the first 
things I should take care of), an old HD, or anything else that could prove 
useful in an old 486-SX 33.
