[Plug] RE: [Plug]what on earth is an "A+"?

It gets even better, now they have "N+" which is an add on to "A+" and it
focusses on the networking side of things. In addition to keeping the
"Certification Boot Camp Industry" in business it is nice to have a
networking certification that is not bias to any one networking product
line.

A+ Certification is a program run by CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry
Association, http://www.comptia.org) that certifies a level of competency
for a computer repair technician. You would want one because it is a
condition of employment that many companies require. (See the website for
more details about the program.)
