[Plug] New Debian release announced

Debian has announce plans for a feature freeze for 2.2 (potato).  Announce

I realize that this may be somewhat old news to the Debian users, but I
hadn't seen an announcement on either of the LUG lists I subscribe to (yet).

The plan is to continue the Toy Story theme and call 2.3 "woody".  I'm not
even going to touch that one.  <ducks>
