[PLUG] megapatch 2.2.14

Just a success report..

Kernel 2.2.14
reiserfs 3.5.14 (http://www.devlinux.com/namesys)
DVD+IDE (http://www.kernel.dk)
USB backport (http://www.suse.cz/development/usb-backport)
UDF Filesystem (http://www.kernel.dk)

I had to apply a couple of parts of the UDF patch manually. No matter, it's
all working, and it's working quite well. Even the USB stuff works (at
least for my USB M$ Intellimouse Explorer). No, I'm not going to send this
to anyone. The judge denied the restraining order in the DVD case, but it's
not over yet, and I don't have the time to fight legal battles today.

I will, however, say that the reiserfs patch, dvd+ide and usb patches went
right in, smooth as silk.... The UDF patch required a minor bit of
massaging to a couple of files. Nothing hugely major, but nonetheless,
not automatic.

The total diff from a stock 2.2.14 kernel:
