Buy 2 RJ-45 jacks, and a 2-module floor baseboard jack.  Patch all the
lines over with stranded wire, mount it in the jack, close it up, and
you've got a portable coupler.  I've got one that does crossovers, for
those times you want to kick yourself for being underprepared :)
