[PLUG] where'd these emails go ?

Mar 15 11:52:33 mail sendmail[13409]: LAA13407:
to=cliffordd@hill.iqgroup.com, ctladdr=root (0/0),
 delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, relay=hill.iqgroup.com,
stat=Host unknown (Name server: hill.iqgroup.com: host not found)

I set the mail relay to hill.iqgroup.com. Stuff stopped working, so I
thought I changed the mail relay back to what it was supposed to be. I
failed. So incoming mail stopped working. I've since corrected this, but
what happened to the email that was sent while this problem existed ? Is
it gone, or in a file somewhere ?
