[PLUG] [PLUG-Announce] Reminder: PLUG meeting tomorrow night

As a brief (2nd) reminder, we'll be having our monthly meeting tomorrow
night. There, of course, is no charge, and the meeting will be
approximately 19:00-21:00 (7:00pm-9:00pm). The topic of the talk will
