No offense to any one on the list that may be working for an ISP - you may
be
the exception to this rule:

Generally ISP hire low cost workers over skilled and knowledgeable workers.
If you can't get an answer to a question from their FAQ page, then you
probably
won't get it and may have to switch providers.
