RE: [PLUG] sunrpc..a few questions

I am using RH 6.2, and I just went to a command prompt and typed in 'tksysv'
I got an X Window with all the info. You can also try 'ntsysv' and get the
same thing (almost) without the nice looking GUI.

I used tksysv to disable portmapper and it got rid of sunrpc and everything
seems to be working fine
