I had a compile problem with very similar errors recently for another application. I, too, already had the kernel-headers package installed. Since I was out of other useful ideas, I tried reinstalling kernel-headers, and sure enough, the make succeeded. So you may want to try refreshing or reinstalling the kernel-headers package anyway.
