Seems like a god-awful amount of work. How about just a notice saying "You must sign up ahead of time, to come to the meetings".
If you use a stupid name like Bugs Bunny, the guards don't let you in. If you want to use a phony name, as long as you remember what it is so you can tell the guards, what's the problem?
