Hey, as first choice, I'd prefer Center City, too (I live in South Philly). But - since the Liberty Place site had not been mentioned at the time of the original posting - I'd prefer Landsdowne to Conshohocken (it's closer), especially since Len was nice enough to offer up his company's offices.
