I suggest dropping the subject of the legality of this post. As has been
mentioned, we have a member of the Pennsylvania State Troopers, Computer
Crimes Devision on this list. If some action is appropriate, I'm sure it
will be taken care of.
The only currently relavant issue is, do we accept his apology and let
him back on ?
