[PLUG] Converting IBM 3480 tape
|
Could anyone here transfer the contents of an IBM 3480 data cartridge to CD for
me?
I'm trying to set up a web page that will allow Philly dog owners to find out
who their Councilman is by entering their address. This data is available at
nominal cost from the Phila. Board of Elections, but, alas, only in 3480 form.
Needless to say, as a grassroots political organization, commercial conversion
houses are out of the question.
Any help much appreciated.
