Apt stuff

I was having a conversation the other day with one of the group members
about apt and downloading source archives and such. It turns out that
there is an apt option:

       --diff-only, --tar-only
              Download only the diff or tar file of a source
              archive.  Configuration Item: APT::Get::Diff-Only

The conversation came about because we were discussing attempting to apply
a Debian .diff to a newer upstream version of a package. I thought others
might find this useful.
