I am willing to bring the laptop to one of the next meetings (that > I can attend). first question: is it a winmodem? If yes, you can't much use it (check out search results for linmodems and see if your type is supported)... if no, what kind is it? What are you trying to use to connect, and is there any feedback that you get in logs or anything that could give an indication as to what's up? --JW ______________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements-http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug ______________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements-http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug
