[PLUG] March Plug meeting ???

If the meeting is held on 7 March, it will not be at the Convention Center.

The Philadelphia Flower Show is there that entire week! Even if you could
get space at the Center - there is no parking in Center City that week. 
(And what there is costs more.) Which also applies to Cigna.

Easiest solution would probably be to shift to the 14th.
