I want to get this package
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/main/binary-i386/web/apache-perl_1.3.9-13.1-1.21.20000309-1.deb
in my sources.list file i have this line
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian stable main
the command i am issuing
apt-get install apache-perl
Error i get is
Couldn't Stat source package list ... (No such file or directory).
What did i do wrong?
