No, it was his contact within the PCCA.

That idea generally gets a fair amount of oposition.
I'm wondering if CIGNA is still a possibility. I believe Tony said CIGNA
might continue to be willing to allow us to meet there after he leaves the
area. That was the site that required a list of all possible attendees.
But it was a very nice environment, and much better location than netaxs.
