[PLUG] gpg using pgp keys (was: getting PGP for Mandrake 8)

Um, ah, well it appears that using these commands it worked just fine!

It was several weeks ago but I believe I tried to encrypt a file AND
specify the keyring in a single command line... in my defense I was
p.o'd. because pgp would not work so RTFM was lower in the active 
queue that it should have been :-)
