enforcing etiquette -- Isn't that an oxymoron?

There must be many ways to achieve this without being draconian and rude.

Only if it lacks a text/plain component too.  Otherwise, why bother?  To
piss people off?  Great idea!

I think we should bounce html because it is rude, and it might teach people to
stop sending the crap. Most of us have unlimited connection time,
good speeds and aren't the one hosting the list on our hard drives. Why
allow for duplicatin, particularly when it is unnecessary, and plain dumb.
There are people in this world, who pay per minute for connections.


Teaching and enforcing netiquette is a good idea.
